Labs
We will call you the day that we receive your lab results back from the laboratory. This service will enable you to quickly access information such as laboratory test results, doctor's or staff instructions, and other pertinent information by calling our private patient information line. Please review this information and feel free to ask the nurse if you have questions. It is also very important that you notify us with any changes in your home number as this will affect our success in contacting you. If you have not received test results please call our office. Do not assume that the results were normal. Blood/Urine/Culture/Radiology/MMG Results: When you have lab work done or tests performed in our office, your results will be called in to a private mail box on our patient information line. We will then contact you to let you know that you have a message to retrieve. You can call the Patient Information Line at (480)424-6507 and follow the easy instructions to retrieve you message. The information you will be given will be very specific. Listen to the entire message for further instructions or information regarding medication changes.
Pap smear/Biopsy Results: Call 1-800-815-8750 for the ProPath Know Now Hotline any time 3-5 days after you appointment. Enter the identification number 32851. Then enter your social security number. If you have not given us your social security number you will not be able to access these results and instead must call us at the office to retrieve your results. If you have any questions after receiving your results you may call our main office phone at (480)855-5900 during normal business hours. You will need to leave a message with the receptionist as to the nature of your questions and the phone number(s) and time when you can be reached. |
