Practice Information
Our office is located at 655 South Dobson Road, Building A Suite 101. This is South of Chandler Regional Medical Center on Dobson Road at Fairview.
This link will connect you to an aerial map. Our office is in building A which is the building closest to Dobson Rd.
Our office is open for patient care Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM but our last appointment is taken at 4:30. However, some exceptions can be made. Please let us know if special hours are needed.
